This is to advise the investing public that today, March 23, 2016, our wholly­owned subsidiary DMCI Project Developers, Inc. (DMCI­PDI) sold 915,580 shares in Subic Water and Sewerage Company, Inc. (Subic Water) to the City of Olongapo for a total consideration of P210,583,400.00. The shares represent 10% of the outstanding capital stock of Subic Water. DMCI­PDI still owns a total of 30% of Subic Water's outstanding capital stock after the sale.
